DON'T!!!

I have had nothing but a nightmare so far with PayPal on my Prepaid Credit Card.

I got a Prepaid Visa, and during verification process (after setting the name & address and shit on the card) they took the money out, put it back in, and now are saying it's not verified still!!!!!!!
I called up customer support and they tell me I owe money to someone, I'm like "Yea, the guy I'm trying to pay" and they said until he is paid I have a $0 spending limit! I'm like "well how the fuck am i supposed to pay him if i have a $0 spending limit and you guys won't verify my fucking card?"... CLICK!...
